Engineering systems at every layer of the stack
I am a fullstack engineer who cares about the whole system, not just the part in front of me. From database schema design to animation frames, from API contracts to deployment pipelines, every layer matters equally. A slow query and a janky animation are the same problem: a system that was not designed holistically.
How I think about building
I build systems, not pages
Every interface is a system. Every API is an architecture. Every component is a module. Thinking in systems means designing for scale, maintainability, and failure before writing a single line of code.
Performance is a feature
Speed is not a technical metric, it is a user experience. A page that loads in 200ms feels different from one that loads in 2 seconds. Performance is designed, not optimized in afterthought.
Design is engineering
Good design is not decoration. It is structure, hierarchy, and clarity. The best interfaces are the ones where the user never notices the design because nothing gets in their way.
